Anyone have bumps on their upper arm? Or know what this is?

I have had bumps in my outer upper arms since I was about 10. I am now 23 and they look worse than I remember. They don't really look like pimples, they're smaller and harder, but I tried using an acne wash, and it looked noticeably better almost immediately. Since then, the acne wash doesn't seem to help.

Does anyone know what this is or how to get rid of it?

Thanks for the help!

    Most probably Keratosis Pilaris..

Invest in a loofa or buff puff and a great oil for the shower - something pure and natural not unnatural like baby oil (I like Cocoa butter gel made by Vaseline or CVS makes a generic version)

Use daily, and small doses of the sun, more water, and vitamins.

Dermatologists have some creams now but they make your skin very dry and cracked. So you trade one issue for another.
