trying to find out the make of a rigid frame?
I bought a rolling chassis from a small shop locally and before I could get the MCO the guy bailed. I have no clue who made the frame, VIN starts with 4K7S813596C******. I would appreciate if someone could tell me the maker so I can try to get an MCO, thanks
