Choppy video and audio playback?
I have a Toshiba Laptop with Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 900 @ 2.20GHz 2.19GHz with 2.00 GB (1.87 GB usuable) ram, 32-bit Operating System running Windows 7 Ultimate.
Today I decided to clean out my pc, so I switched from Eset to Avast Security and it still ran fine. Well after a while I went onto Youtube and the video and audio are all out of sync and won't play correctly. I know it's not the specs because I used to play HD videos on here all the time. So what happened and how can I fix this problem?

Obviously, your new anti-virus software is interfering with YouTube.
As long as you remain with YouTube and don't wander off to other
websites, you don't need to have your anti-virus enabled, because
you cannot get a virus from YouTube.

Most laptops have the video card built in, some have separate modules you can replace or upgrade, but the satellite line does not.
