Dairy Allergy, could a small piece of milk chocolate?
cause my nose to get all stuffed up and run, plus cause sneezing, the allergic reaction started a few hours after I ate a real small piece of milk chocolate. I am pretty careful about my dairy intake, but I thought a small piece wouldnt hurt. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
I should add that as I get older the allergy seems to be coming on stronger, I am not 100% sure the dairy is the cause of my attacks, any one suffer like me?

If you are really "allergic" to dairy then you will know that NO amount is advisable. Perhaps take an antihistamine or ride it out.
good luck
