Any complete manga series in english?

Question

i find it quite annoying whenever i pick up a manga series and start to like it, i am never able to finish it. I will read about 8 volumes until i realize there isnt anymore to read.  The libraries dont have a complete series and i find that any good series thats translated to english gets dropped. I am the kind of person who MUST know how it ends. 

Are there any completed manga series that i can purchace that is completed and in english?
