Okay, I have a friend that signed the year long lease for a apartment, but she doesn't want to live there anymore, but they replied that she has pay the rent or find a sublease. I'm wondering if they can do that, because she hasn't paid the application fee. Also, I don't think she meets the strandards of being a approved to live there. She needed a guarantor to be approve, but she didn't have them sign a guantor agree. Actually I'm not sure why they allowed her to make a contract with them.

But, their rules she should even be able to live there, let alone have to pay the rent. This isn't my lease, but I'm wondering if I should tell my friend to question them more.

Okay. I need some information about this. I have friends, who signed the year long lease for a apartment, but due to circumstance will no longer be living there. Of course, the apartment won't let out the lease, so they have to pay rent for the entire year even though they aren't living there.

I'm curious though, what would happen if you just don't pay the rent?

I'm new to boots and the bad weather that has been recently plaguing the area I live. So are the boots linked below appropriate for walking on wet and possibly icy sidewalks? I don't intend to do anything special in the boots, just for everyday wear.

I hear it all the time, dubs are crappy and edits things like crazy, few or no exceptions. People give examples such as One Piece, Naruto, Sailor Moon, and etc. basically all anime that ever graced our Television sets. But as you know not all anime comes on TV, lot are sent right to DVD and doesn't have to deal with cuts and some have amazing voice talents. Though I feel that some will hate dubs regardless, I tried of people stating that dubs are bad, as a fact instead of a opinion.

This opinion has to come from somewhere:

Why do you define as a bad dub?

Do you think all dubs are crap? Why?

What anime do you think of when you want to give a example of bad dubbing.

Now, give me a example of a anime that was edited that hasn't come on TV?

As you can tell I'm a dubbing fan and not because I don't like reading subtitle, I enjoy reading subtitles if the dub isn't available or the dub is bad, yes I think there are some bad dubs, but I also realize this isn't a rule and modern dubs can vary from okay to amazing, usually old dubs are bad due to inexperienced from the people involved.

Give me good answers.

I need some opinion, so I can make a decision. If it helps my proms theme is Masquerade

I need to find some SCHOOL appropriate MOVIE for my anime club for us to watch for the month of February and I can't think of much. Any suggestions?

Things to keep in mind

1. I need a movie (no series please)

2. It can be anime or live action

3. Need to be school appropriate. (I don't want to get the club or myself in trouble)

What the reason for his revenge? (Betrayal, killed his lover, for psychotic reasons, because his darn well feels like it, what)

What was the plot/plan? (Was it well thought out or just directionless blow stuff and kill some people)

How was it executed? (Did the plan work, what did he do to his victim?)

What was the result? (Did the perceived wrongdoer suffer, did he cry, his head blown, can't have a good revenge if you target doesn't notice or cares)

I'm going off to college soon so I need a laptop and I need to know what's best for me to use. Other than the need of space for school work, I download a lot of songs and videos. I also like to download some Adobe software, In Design, Photoshop, Flash, Premiere. And other sound image and video editing programs. Have any suggestions for a portable computer that is right for me

The "iphone ppl" are trying to waist our money. First the all grand Iphone(1 gen) then then the 3G few months later, now a 3GS, a yr after the 1 gen (i think).
