Sorry to ask this (most of you probably wont read this). But if any tech heads can help then please do, help is very much appreciated.
I am running windows seven on a compaq notebook. I ran powercfg - energy in command prompt and got the stats. This is what came up.

I thought people would lol. Ive done all of the battery settings, idle time and hibernation time etc. Its things like the processor use and usb suspend I dont know how to do.

ok, I skipped out reading most of that stuff. a couple things I know to do:
Try the Power options in the control panel. Have the monitors and hard disks shut off after a certain amount of idle time.
Turn down the brightness of your monitor.
Hibernate or shut down your computer when you aren't going to be using it for extended periods of time.
