Hi i just started a workout routine i have some questions?

im a big fan of leslie sansone walk fit,she has a bunch of brisk walking videos what prompted me to start was being a bit over weight and having back pain and general weakness in my back.

I was wondering if anyone else does her videos and how long it would take me to see results,i curently do 2 miles and im on a low carb low fat diet any feedback would be great

Hi Michelle! It's great to hear from you again! While I can't specifically answer your question, believe it or not my wife and I have been approached by a man who is basically studying to be a personal trainer and he needs some students to whip into shape for free (for his resume', so to speak) so he invited me and my wife to join him, so we're going to take off that holiday weight and get back into shape just like you! Why do I tell you all of this since it has NOTHING to do with Leslie Sansone?

Because MORAL SUPPORT IS ESSENTIAL to helping people reach their goals! So know that I am behind you 100% (and I assume the feeling is mutual)! Let's all get back to the HOTTIE STATUS we enjoyed previously and go BEYOND THAT! You can DO IT, Michelle! Keep up the great work and we'll all be looking fit and hot in the coming year(s)!

If I could give you one important tip then it is this: If you're doing two miles a day then I suggest you do whatever cardio workouts you can BEFORE you eat breakfast. Why? Because when you burn calories on an empty stomach, this forces your body to burn fat calories and fat calories ONLY during your cardio workout. If you eat breakfast first then your body burns those recently eaten calories first. But if you wait for 30 minutes to an hour AFTER your workout then your body burns off nothing but pure unwanted fat calories that I assume you are trying to lose anyway.

His Utmost Excellency, The Emperor, wishes you & yours a happy and blessed 2010! May God bless you richly with health, happiness and peace in the coming year...

    HAPPY NEW YEAR, MICHELLE!
