Tip: here and there - both have the same 'here' and both relate to a location.
Since 'they're' is a contraction, you know that two words are joined together. They are

This answer is easy to understand, and free of grammatical jargon.
1. ( remember - you have asked for easy ways ) : their = it does not belong to me.
2. They're = they are, i.e., " They are cheap, " " They are rich, " ( you may use any appropriate
adjective ).
3. There = not here. This is applicable to any part of your home, or outside it, as in " My clothes are there, in the laundry-room, " and " I want to go there. "

they're has an apostrophe. It is a contraction. It means they are. Like "They are going to the store". That one is easy.
their means possession. Like "This is their house.".
there is just the regular one. "I am going over there today."
