concern of an eating disorder developing?

even if it doesn't become an eating disorder i need SOMETHING to help me with my low low low self esteem. I kno im not fat but when i look in the mirror i can't help but see my stomach bigger then it is and my butt bigger then it is. I do crunches hundreds of times a day. I do squats and lunges too but notthing is changing. I love to eat so i could never stop but lately i eat less and i feel too full. I've never made myself throw up and i don't want to... tips, help?
