i have little skin colored bumps on my forehead and they rn't like pimples they r like small and almost seem under the skin idk but u see them like more in the light then anything they r just like textured bumps

i'm considering purchasing proactive. i don't have acne i just get breakouts when i am pmsing and when i have my period. it's annoying and i don't like it. i dont get a face full of pimples just a few hear and there. i get them the week before and the week of so then their there the week after like going away so 3 weeks a month i deal with it and i only have one week of super nice skin. :(

even if it doesn't become an eating disorder i need SOMETHING to help me with my low low low self esteem. I have to start birth control because i have a very heavy, irregular period. My mom told me tht one of the side affects of birth control is weight gain! I'm quite thin but i have horrible self esteem issues. I also am a ballet dancer so the pressure to be thin is immense. WHAT DO I DO? What kinds of birth control don't cause weight gain? If anything i prefer weight loss! HELP? what are some kinds that don't cause weight gain or things i can do to counter act the weight gain. I am only a teenager so i really don't want to go on a diet. Advice?
