I've used it but didn't really notice any difference honestly. Didn't seem to work any "better" than the stuff I was previously using. Maybe I'm just not patient enough for it or something. You've probably heard this a million times before, but drink LOTS of water. Thats what ended up working for me after struggling with bad skin for years. I just had to slowly turn tons of water into a habit. I suggest you buy one of those big water bottles (I think they're like a liter or something) and make it a goal to drink at least 2 of those a day. Start off small... like at least a half a bottle a day or something, then gradually increase your water intake until you get to about 2 bottles a day (at least). I'm telling you, it'll make a huge difference. It makes it easy if you just always carry water with you in a bottle (to work, school, activities, wherever). Just sip all day and before you'll even realize it you'll have taken in a whole bottle! Good luck.

It depends upon the individual, but in addition on how strictly you are inclined to persist with the application. It labored miracles for me and a pair of of my peers. However, I even have a buddy who it helped however did not utterly remedy her zits. Also, such a lot merchandise have a few kind of "purge" interval in which your zits will truthfully irritate earlier than it clears up. Usually that would possibly not final greater than two or three weeks.

it didn't really work. and for it to make the acne disappear you always have to keep using it. if you stop the acne comes back right away. i wouldn't recommend it. id rather tell you to go to a dermatologist. that way he will give you the proper treatment for your type of acne,
