Hi Doug,
I've been a personal stylist/wardrobe consultant for a good amount of time. Whenever I talk to my clients, they always want unique pieces that dont kill them in price. While some of clients can afford anything they desire, the majority want one of kind pieces that are inexpensive. My suggestion is to really find those independent designers in your area, the ones who are just trying to get their foot in the door. Talk to them, see if they can strike a deal with you. Also, you might want to consider hiring a personal stylist who can bring clients to your store as well as help you to arrange your store in such a way that really speaks to consumers.
