I don't know about the blending part but here's something...couple of bottles of wine, red or white or mix them ....add some sprite or gingerale...a little o.j. , some cranberry juice , ice and slices of lemon, lime, orange and voila. Taste as you make it...add more here or less there. you could even add a little say....tequila or rye or whatever. make it tasty.

Most drinks mix well with orange juice (lots of sugar in it)
Lemonades do alright with clear liquors, mostly vodka.
Jack and Coke never a bad choice, helps if everybody likes the whiskey.
Rums, like Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, go great with ginger-ale.
If you want to try snazzy, brew up some mocha or latte, or coffees (it's chilly outside) and pour that over liquor. I'd again say whiskey, some good Irish-style.

while you're allergic and you have convalescing alcoholics in attendance, then do no longer serve any alcohol. maximum persons do no longer basically like the flavor mix of chocolates and alcohol and basically serving chocolates makes the alcohol circulate quickly into your blood device, making you inebriated quickly with the aid of fact there is not any significant nutrition on your abdomen to soak it up. definitely inspite of the shown fact that, if somebody isn't waiting to circulate some hours without alcohol and that they require it to have a competent time, do you incredibly want them there? in the event that they might't understand and settle to your motives, then they have subject concerns to handle on their very own time. no person expects or beverages alcohol that early interior the day besides except they're an alcoholic. Btw, non-alcoholic beer does incorporate alcohol. opposite to correctly-known theory, there is not any longer something incorrect with serving basically cake. that's how all weddings everywhere was. finished dinners are a somewhat new concept that weren't finished for a number of centuries in between now and the Renaissance era. the circumstances which you have proposed are suitable for serving basically cake considering that those are not standard meal circumstances.

Margaritas are good, and very simple to mix. You could just buy several bottles of margarita mix and a bottle of tequila and mix them in the ratio recommended on the label.
Sangria is good too, and with a dispenser that big you could add some slices of fresh fruit (oranges, limes, etc.) to give it a fresher flavor.

a rum punch goes over great. a big tin of orange juice, pineapple juice and a litre of ginger ale. Then dump in rum to taste. About a 26oz bottle.
Summer is nice for pink lemonade and gin, again mix in a litre of ginger ale so it's bubbley
