but it could also be a bladder infection. i have one right now and when I have to pee I feel a lot of pressure on my pelvic area and its very painful.

I would call your doctor, pressure is a sing of preterm labor and was one sign my doctor told me to call if I ever had. I would just to get his opinion on what you should do to be safe.
