I received a $5611 check from Geico and I need money today where can I cash my check at On MLK Birthday?

Back in march 2006 I took my ex for child support for our two minor children. Well in Aug of 2006 me and him got into a physical fight and my 2 yr old came out and he grabbed her by her leg. I called the police they had him removed and i left the next day and moved to so. illinois. He has had visition but he keeps refusing to give the kids back to me and hiding out with them. So I told him he had to stay down here with them again he didnt he took off to indiana with them. I am going thurs to go pick them up. My question is when I moved I didnt file anything with court house because I didnt know I had to. Also he has known where we live and I have always updated courthouse with my address. Now what can I do to file in illinois about visition problems? And Can i get in trouble because i didnt petition court? Also he calls my kids MAYBE once a month if they are lucky. He has a cell phone and so do I.

I had my 5th child on 3-1-10 by csection(5th) and at that time they did a tubal. We had all the kids come in. She runs out the back door took off again. Brought her back in the house she runs out the front door. She is always pulling handfuls of hair out of the other kids hair. She climbs everything. She wont take naps anymore. Just today she unlocked the doors and and ran out side. I brought her back in and she was throwing a fit and I told her she couldn't go outside and she smacked me across the face. All of her sisters are scared of her. She wont let the kids play with anything she takes it from them and punches them. She will bang my 1 yr olds head on the floor or the door anything. She destroys the rooms in her fits. I am really at witts end here. I called the dr and asked about adhd they said they wont test her for it until shes 4. What am I supposed to do? I know iM not supposed to but I have to turn her door knob around on her door and lock her in at night because if i dont she will run away. I cant open my windows in the house because she climbs out of them. I am really lost here. I feel bad for my other kids because they are always getting beat up. Ive tried talking to her, time outs, spanking, nothing works.

I made a police report on friday night. Then on monday I went and signed a drop charges paper at the courthouse. I know the states attorney can still pick it up. But if i dont testify then they wont have any evidence right? I mean the cops never seen him. Nobody else was there... What do you think?

I made roughly around $125 a week watching different children and running people to appointments. I filed self employment as child care. What happens if no one reports my social security number on child care? It was more then one family that I cared for.

Ok now to the point. My daughter is now 21months old. When I got pregnant it was between two guys. The actual father, we decided would not be in her life. Cuz he couldnt support the two kids that he has. So my boyfriend who was the 2nd guy decided that she would be his no matter what. Well My daughter looks like the first exactly. And everyone keeps talking and coming up to me. Nobody in his family really accepts her but his dad. And people bringing the first guy up. Am I making the right choice? I dont want to hurt her in the long run. But whats going to hurt her more? Do I let her know her biological dad or should I keep it how it is and hope noone ever tells her.
