I got a stability ball for Christmas; You know, the giant ones you exercise with? But I think it's too small.?
My mom got me a stability ball.
The box said it's for people 5"6 and under.
I'm somewhere between 5"5 and 5"6, but I'm 15 and have one more growth spurt before I stop growing. After the growth, I may be like 5"7-5"8 or something,
The box says that it's for people 5"6 though;
Should I take it back and get another one, or should I keep it?
I'm going to lose wight this new year, (which is why I wanted the ball) and I'm 180 pounds, and I don't want the ball to like break or something under my weight (height?)
And it didn't have a weight limit on the box or in the information.
Help?

Blow it up and try it out. I got a 55cm (for people 5'6'' and under) and it is too small for me, I am 5'5''. If it is uncomfortable to exercise with it take it back and get a bigger one. Normally they are rated for like 300+ pounds for a regular ball and even more for a burst resistant one. Good luck:)
