1991 Acura Integra LS Rear Defogger Not Working?

So I tested everything and it comes out to being the rear window defogger timer circuit which is in the integrated control unit under the dash on/by the fuse box. So my question is where I could get a replacement the rear window defogger timer circuit? how does it look like? And how do I get to it?

    The car is 19 years old. Nobody stocks OEM parts that long, so you need to go to a Junque Yard and scavenge it off of a wreck.
