So we are giving up T-Mac for this clown!!?

Trevor Ariza is trash!! I hate how we are gonna let Mac walk out the door and our big pick up was this scrub! Don't get me wrong, I would love to have him as our backup SF but thats it!! He can dribble to save his life and he's shooting like 30%! I'm tired of people asking who got the better end of the Artest and Ariza switch!! Artest is a beast while Ariza is a scrub. Everynight he shoots for like 3 for 11! Your thoughts??? I've been holding that in for too long lol.

to be honest why keep t mac when he always hurt? what like the last 3 years he been hurt, on the bench? why pay 23 million on a hurt, old, bench warmer? i think they should just trade him and save some money and wait until the 2010 free agent.

The Ariza "trade" made complete sense.

Yes, he takes too many shots. That problem will be solved with the return of Yao and hopefully another "all-star" to replace T-Mac.

We weren't expected to be playing as well as we are and you know it. Hell, I'm easily going to win the bet I had that the Rockets would win at least 37. So if we aren't gonna contend this year, why not get younger and saner? I like the decision. Ariza is young and has room to improve. Artest is past his peak.

Regarding T-Mac. Screw him. He's a whiny, back stabbing little biatch. Clearly he wasn't showing that he deserved more minutes (in game or in practice), and his style does not at all mesh with with the current team strategy. Besides, he's injury plagued and WAY past his prime. Hopefully we'll either get a good piece for him in a trade or be able to sign a good free agent.

    T-Mac : 3 PPG shooting at 37%. I don't think anyone that plays 7 minutes should be shooting 37%.

Ariza : 16 PPG shooting at 37%. He's playing 38.7 minutes per game.

Best thing for Houston is a contract with Ariza. He's healthier and younger, and they're doing better with him than with T-Mac. He'll get better in time. T-Mac won't.

    Also:

    Houston with T-Mac scoring 32 PPG = .524

    Houston with Ariza : .594

    This is only temporarily.

Tracy is a beast although I think he probably lost a step after reinjuring that leg again. Ariza is best at coming off the bench and defending versatile players. That's what he did in L.A and he should stick to it. The rockets have a bright future in my opinion with Broks developing though. I think he is a player that you can build a championship team around.

t-mac is great if he were healthy he would be an allstar but Ariza fits better with this line up

Yes..........How many titles has T-Mac helped win !He's one of the most overrated players to ever play in the NBA.The only good thing about him is ,His contract is up after this season. That's money the rockets will use to sign DWade next year!

its not JUST ariza... landry and brooks are doing sooo well... and ariza fits in with them better than tmac would cuz tmac will hog the ball away from those role players...

T-mac is a bigger douche than the people on jersey shore trust me he hurts more than he helps. If you dont believe me look at their record without him over the past couple seasons and then with him in. Big Difference.
