So im tall and skinny and need tips on ways to get bigger. I work out a lot for i have to stay in shape because im in the military.... I lift weights and eat alot already. I was against doing the protein shakes but now i want to try it....Any suggestions on certain ones to take. thanks

Trevor Ariza is trash!! I hate how we are gonna let Mac walk out the door and our big pick up was this scrub! Don't get me wrong, I would love to have him as our backup SF but thats it!! He can dribble to save his life and he's shooting like 30%! I'm tired of people asking who got the better end of the Artest and Ariza switch!! Artest is a beast while Ariza is a scrub. Everynight he shoots for like 3 for 11! Your thoughts??? I've been holding that in for too long lol.

I'm in a heated arguement right now. I'm trying to tell my cousin the Raiders are not as bad as people think they are. I mean, they beat the Broncos(playoff team) Steelers (SuperBowl Champs) Bengals(playoff team) Eagles(Playoff team) Chiefs and got screwed out of a Charger game in week 1! So Im asking, aren't the Raiders pretty good this year at least. They beat some tough people. Next year they will be better too right?

What do you think about that deal? Do you think it means the end of Jamarcus Russell in Oakland? I think J.P Losman is much improved from his Bills days from what I saw in the UFL. His techniques is much better and he looks bigger and faster on his feet. Just wanna know what everyone else thinks. Thanks

Ok so it started a couple days ago I was going to work and I turned the key and it made this weird noise. The car had already started and it was still making this horrible screeching noise. I had to get to work so I went anyway. When I turned the car off, it was still making a weird sound! The belt was still running when i looked under the hood! So I got back home and now the car won't start. I know nothing about cars so I went to autozone and they checked my battery and said it was that. I bought a new one and still didn't start. Anyone has any idea what the problem could be?? Why the car isn't starting. Is it the starter?

Haha I like how everyone proclaimed them as a horrible team this year! Even Charles Barkley said they are the WORST in the West! I know its wayyy too early to make predictions, but I think these first 4 games show we at least aren't the worst right!!?? Goes to show you don't need big names to be a good team. Everyone always bashes my Raiders ( alot is deserved) but if you where a GM what changes would you make in a span of about 2 to 3 years to put them back on top?

Going there for Tech school(Aircraft Armament Systems) and is wondering how is it there. Anything thing to do in your free time? And also, i live in San Antonio so do we get free time on weekends and such that i would be able to stay with my family and friends for a saturday?

I'm going to meps wednesday to do what ever they going to do to me. I'm just wondering how long it will take after doing that to start bmt for the air force. If it helps I live about 2 minutes away from Lackland and is not in any delayed entry program(i dont even know what that means lol)

I heard they weren't taking in people for a while. And also, how long after the asvab test do you start basic. Im really interested and want to start basic asap!
