What to do about dry, itchy, and flaky (like when the skin is peeling off like chapped lips) on breast?
For the past week or so, the skin VERY near to my nipples has been flaky and crusty-ish (i dont know how to describe, i just know that with a little scratching it peels off and...think of it like chapped lips and someone picking them). I'm very young, and this has never happened before. I know your supposed to apply Vaseline, which I have been, and it works. But the flaky/itchyness keeps coming back, and I dont want a temporary fix, i want a cure. I also want to know if there's something wrong with me...

What you're doing is really all you can do. Especially this time of year (if you live in a colder climate) everything is really dry, which is causing your chapped nipples (same thing happens to me). I just put some cream on every morning when I get up, and before I go to bed.
Other things that help are not taking very hot showers (it dries out skin) and keeping hydrated by drinking lots of water! I found putting a humidifier in your room helps with dryness too!
