I recently began excersising to lose weight...?

I am wanting to know if anyone has tried any pills or anything that can be bought locally, no internet scams, etc., that you know are legit and helped you burn off fat faster? I am 217 pounds and need to lose about 50-60lbs.

    All pills are a scam or have serious side effects. Ephedrine is commonly used to speed up metabolism but the side effects are not worth it.

    I suggest looking up whey protein as it can aid in muscle recovery, help gain some muscle which in turn will help with the fat loss. It's been proven safe.
