We have a daughter named Isabelle and we just found out our next baby is a boy! We like elegant and unique names that are not run of the mill common but we just can't find a boy name that we both love.We know the middle name will be "James" after my husbands and last name will be "Williams". So, if you could help us with some suggestions that would be great! So far at the top of our list is Gabriel, but we don't feel like that's it yet. Thank you!!!

The buyer has opened a case in the eBay resolution center and claims item was not as described and was used, not new, when he received it. The item listed was a brand new, factory sealed, TMNT PlayStation game. I know it was never opened and unscathed, but he claims when he received it the plastic at the top was open and the game easily fell out and the manual inside was worn and the disc had light scratches...

I have the highest integrity in listing items and have never had negative feedback and just would not list something as new that was used. He paid $6.40 including shipping for the item and is asking that I refund him the shipping costs and he keeps the game since he does not want to pay out of his pocket for the shipping to return the item. I am having trouble with this because I really feel like he is making all this up and I am going to lose $5 in the sale. I know that is not much, but its the principle of the matter that has me not knowing what to do! Of course he is threatening with several things, paypal claim, negative feedback,etc. and I am sure it is not worth that over $5 but I am looking for some advice from other sellers or just an easing of my mind that some people just suck!

So what should I do?

1)Suck it up, eat the $5 and refund the shipping?

2)Ask him to return the game and I will refund him the $6.40 once received?

3) Stand my ground that is was brand new, not offer a refund and take what comes (i.e negative feedback, paypal claim, ebay case resolution, etc.)?

My daughter dropped her ceramic tooth brush holder into her bathroom sink and broke out the porcelain in the bottom of the bowl of the sink. It you pushed it hard enough it would fall out and be a hole the size of a fist in the sink bowl which you could reach through into the pipes below. We are having guests here tom. that will need the sink so I am wondering if there is some kind of patch or something that we could get at Lowe's Home depot to patch the over the hole temporarily? I am quite the handy woman, so I am not afraid to try anything since we will have to replace the sink regardless...

I have been babysitting a little girl in my home for 1.5 years now and when her parents and I agreed on what I would charge etc. we also agreed to "pay under the table" and leave taxes out of it since it would be cheaper for both and only a few hours a week. Well now on tax day, today, she send me an email that says she needs all my info for her taxes? What do I do? She has not been paying me taxes, and or paying me more to cover taxes. She only pays $5/hour so if she wants me to be taxed on $5, she's nuts! She knows I am not a licensed daycare provider so I am just a bit confused on what the heck is going to happen now.

I have already filed my taxes, so what do I do now if I want to make it legit? I am fine with being legal, its just that we agreed we were doing "under the table" and now today on the 16th she asks for my info? It's just crap! And to those of you who want to chastise me for being illegal, I get it, I will never do this again, I was clueless as to what it entailed, I have learned my lesson.

I talked to my husband over an hour ago and he said he was on his way home from work. It only takes 10-15min. to get home. I have called his desk at work and his cell phone several times left messages and txts and nothing. This never happens. I am getting very worried he got in a wreck or something! What do I do????
