anyone had lasix eye surgery? with nearsightedness?

I'm thinking about lasix eye surgery...and wanted some feed back from people who have had it? I'm over 50..and tired of the glasses. Does insurance pay any of it? And what if you are nearsighted? How does that work?

Being nearsighted ( myopic) is the main reason people get lasik.

Insurance usually doesn't cover Lasik because it isn't a medical necessity.

If you are mildly nearsighted, you can probably read without your glasses on, but don't forget, after getting the myopia taken away you will need reading glasses for any close work.

The only actual way for you to know if you are even a good candidate for Lasik surgery is to schedule an appointment with a trusted, well established laser clinic. They all offer free consultations to do an evaluation of your condition.

Listen to the recommendation of an impartial optician and procedure this kind of ideas of eye surgical procedure with severe warning. laser surgical procedure produces scar tissue and repeated operations will broaden this too. Your eyes have now not stabilised and it could look that any advantages could be enormously questionable and brief lived. I believe you that the percieved advantage of freedom from lenses is such a lot stunning and preferred, however be "lengthy sighted" in in view that your trouble and observe a little bit of endurance too.

I think LASIK would be much better than Lasix. I am not sure how a pill that helps your body get rid of excess water would be used in eye surgery, but I think it is something to avoid.
