Non-itchy red bumps on leg?
My 2 year-old has a fever, runny nose, and congested cough and I just noticed that he has developed about 5 bright red bumps on one of his legs. It can't be bug bites so I think it's related to his illness. I can't find anything about non-itchy bumps though. They don't look nasty or puss-filled, just raised and bright red. He's only been sick about 24 hours and the bumps appeared up to 10 hours ago.
It's not from clothes, he's in baggy booted pj's that are soft and he wears them all the time. They are a shiny highly noticeable red on the inside of the leg up and down his calf and a little above his knee on only that leg.

some kids get bumps like that due to the climate esp the heat. but i think its best to see a doctor as he's a kid. kid tend to get allergies and sicknesses faster than adults...
