iPod is really messed up with new computer...?

I got a new computer and the first problem is I can't figure out how to get the songs from my iPod into my iTunes. However, yesterday I put 2 cd's into my iTunes library and got them onto my iPod without deleting all my other songs. Now, the iPod and my iTunes won't play my old songs, though the files still appear. My iPod will only play the songs from those 2 cd's now. When I put it on shuffle, it plays songs from the cd's, shows the old songs but quickly steps to the next song. How can I get it to play the old songs as well and possibly get the old songs into my new iTunes library? 10 points for best help (: xx

    Try the software called iDump.

use it to dump all data on ipod to pc

then remove all data from ipod and resync data to it.

    good luck!

    its not the complex...

Your IPod is configured for your old pc. if you want the songs from your old pc to your new pc, copy them. go to the source pc mydocs\music\itunes... and copy the files from there to the new pc.

after your done, your going to have to deauthorize your old pc and authorize your new pc. OR.. just enable home sharing so you can sync both pcs to your IPod. thats assuming there on the same network (same IP)

date an IT geek, youll be much happier musically. =)

Copy the files from the old computer then import them to iTunes. Learn more about managing and backing up content in your user guide from Apple.com/support, iTunes Help, FAQs and Tutorials.
