This question is for people who are working hard, going to college, and making or have already made a life for themselves in which they can support themselves. As I study through university classes, I feel as if too much of my hard work will go towards tax dollars to pay for a majority of welfare and food stamps to those who are not making an effort. I want to have the satisfaction of having worked hard to give myself a good life, and not live off of government programs. Finding motivation has been difficult, though, when I know I could sit back working part time and live off the government to make ends meet.

Why do so many Americans have no shame in taking advantage of these systems?

More importantly, why has Obama increased the input into these systems instead of investigating the takers?

I think if I work for the money, I should be benefiting from it enough to not be frustrated with the "redistribution" of my money. When we compare our population to that of other countries, the laziness is unbelievable. Even our educational system is not very difficult in comparison and yet so many Americans don't take advantage of it in order to make their own money.

I know how to use the subjunctive tense normally, but how could you take one of those sentences and rewrite it using the infinitive of the verb? Please give some examples (simple sentences) to assist (: Thanks ! x

I got a new computer and the first problem is I can't figure out how to get the songs from my iPod into my iTunes. However, yesterday I put 2 cd's into my iTunes library and got them onto my iPod without deleting all my other songs. Now, the iPod and my iTunes won't play my old songs, though the files still appear. My iPod will only play the songs from those 2 cd's now. When I put it on shuffle, it plays songs from the cd's, shows the old songs but quickly steps to the next song. How can I get it to play the old songs as well and possibly get the old songs into my new iTunes library? 10 points for best help (: xx

I have really thick, coarse hair that is frizzy and poofy after I straighten it. I bought and tried the Sephora living proof which helped a lot, but now I see that I need a new straightener as well. I use a remington wet 2 straight, which I loved at first until now I realize how damaged my hair is. What is the best straightener for my hair? Something that will leave it silky, smooth, and straight? Try for under $100 please. Thanks for help and tips much appreciated too! (: xx

I made the stupid mistake of drinking soda while holding my guitar, and spilled like 2 drops. I instantly wiped it off, but now there's streaks on it. (I spilled it on the body, right above the pickguard) Should I use windex to clean it, or would that mess it up and leave streaks?

Please, only if you actually own guitars and clean them. I don't want to mess up my fender squier strat :)

Ello I'm 14 years old and I'd love to work at Walmart. I can walk there from my house in case my parents couldn't drive me some days. So, do they hire at 14?

And if not, what about Kmart? I can't walk there, though. But, my friend and her mom work there so would that heighten my chances of getting a job there?

I'd like to wear my hair wavy sometimes, but every time I do it ends up frizzy and really poofy. I don't have a diffuser and I don't want to buy one, so any products to just let my hair air dry? I thought bed head after party would probably work, has anyone with frizzy hair tried it to wear waves all day? I've tried herbal essences and sunsilk and stuff, my hair always looks bad with it. After about an hour it gets poofy and frizzy. I have naturally wavy hair, so what's a good routine to wear my hair in nice waves?

Long story short, we dropped it and the lens won't come out or go in. When we turn it on, it says lens error 112/1/0 or something like that. We tried taking the screws out and it won't open.. Also, we tried hitting it trying to get the lens to go in. Nothing works, help!
