Which manga idea do you like better? (plz read)?

There are people in this world that pass us by every day. People we know nothing about. People we may not want to know anything about. People that have a gift. Whether it be something spell bounding or frightening. A freshman named Shi Kuusouka is one of them. Supposedly he can see a person’s death on spot just by looking at them, but really he created there death by accident. Like many others with unique abilities. He as well is looking for heaven's light, which is able to grant one wish once every 1000 years. Eventually he finds a group of six called the seekers who are like him attempting to find the "light". But can all of them be trusted? It would seem the closer they come to unlocking the secret of heaven's light.... the more goes wrong and Chaos finds and takes "Its" toll on them.

2nd idea

The Kowai Mansion

It’s the last year of high school for Kiku Takashi, but being that her family is very poor (and her father just kicked her out of the small house that they own) She must find a way to pay for school, somewhere to live, food, etc… But all of these things are seemingly solved when she sees a sign for the kowai mansion stating “Wanted: café maid and live-in house keeper”. What’s better than getting a free place to live in, cute clothes to wear as a maid, and getting well paid? But will she keep the job after finding out the family she will be working for is a family of monsters who have been alive for thousands of years protecting the human world from demons that have seeped through the veil between the human world and supernatural.
