Is there a good book for dads about the pregnancy and childbirth process?

There are so many books like what to expect when you're expecting that are written for new moms and I was just wondering if anyone knows of a good book that covers the pregnancy and childbirth process that is writtten for new dads?

"The Expectant Father: Facts, Tips and Advice for Dads-to-Be" is a great book.

It actually talks about what fathers go through during pregnancy unlike those other pregnancy books that just tell dads to "Make sure you rub her feet and give her massages every day" or "Make sure you tend to her needs every second" blah blah.

Guys go through a lot of the same stuff as women do and should be acknowledged as such. In that book, the author told a story about one of his friends that miscarried. Although obviously traumatic for the woman, nobody ever asked the man how he was feeling or if he needed any help when in fact he was just as devastated as the woman was.

    Very good read.

I don't know any specific names, but if you go to a bookstore you will find lots of books. The best thing to do is take the dad to the book store and go to the pregnancy section. Find books for dads and have him read a random page. The best way for a person to find a book that they like is to see how the author has written it. It will make it easier for him to read if he enjoys the way it was written.

There are many things that dads can get from reading the books you read and I don't think just books for dads are the best because I think they should read things written about the entire process. There are two books I would check out

    The Expectant Father

Hands Off My Belly! The Pregnant Woman's Survival Guide to Myths, Mothers and Moods
