Need to lose weight, young age.?

I'm 13, 5'4 (5'5?) and officially about 150 lbs. Although I don't look fat, I really don't feel comfortable being so overweight and physically unfit. I DO look fat in my thighs and butt area though. They're probably as big as an adult or older teenagers. I really hate excersize, but I'll do things if i need to. Because I'm home alone a lot and don't enjoy going outside at nighttime, these need to be excersizes that can be done inside the house. If you need it narrowed down:

Excersizes for Butt&Thighs: <Type of Excersize> <How many minutes/hours to do it> <How many days/weeks to do it> <How to do it> <Results??>

Excersizes for weight loss: <Type of Excersize> <How many mins./hrs to do it> <How often/Days Weeks to do it> <How to do it> <How much weight is lost in X amount of time??>

As for food, I don't cook what I want, and our financial situation doesn't really allow it either. I'm going to try eating less for sure, and maybe changing up what I eat.

Thanks for your help :)

    Cardio.

Unless you have exercise equipment you'll need to go outside or to a gym.

Inside the only thing I can thing of is aerobics. I remember taking it in HS and a lot of girls lose some weight and tone up.

I just toned up as I'm already lean. You can get dvds from target, walmart, bestbuy, even some bookstores.

Maybe try jogging in early morning, or evening before the sunset, but not at noon if it's warm where you live. Jogging will definitely help in losing weight and toning your legs and buns. May want to start at like half an hour, and go up from their every two weeks. Start by doing maybe 2-3 times a week, and increase until you get to being able to run everyday. It's probably the easiest way without needing to by anything or get a gym membership.

Also talk to your doctor, i'm sure they'll tell your parents to cut some of the sugars and stuff out of your diet.
