Adolf Hitler said those things. But do not fall into the trap of ignoring context. You see, one cannot look at history through a modern looking glass. For instance, at the time Hitler said those things words like "Liberal" had a very different meaning than they do in today's America. Most of this hogwash was used to seek what most tyrants seek, moral authority by invoking God.
