i honestly like the first one better because the second one looks more like for a morning at the beach or something, usually the prom is at night. The first one looks more elegant with a good touch for the night ;)

LOL every one likes the second one but i think the first one is absolutly gorgeous!! they colors on it are amazing and its more creative then other girls are prob gonna wear ; you'll stand out in a really good way:)

I think either one is gorgeous.
I love all the bold colors in the first one, definitely vibrant and unique.
I love the cut of the second one though, but I'm not too crazy about the design.
Whichever you choose though; You'll look beautiful!
