For some girls, when their period is on, their breasts may feel tender. Diet, nutrition, hormones, retaining water, and excess weight can also trigger breast tenderness. 1. Wrapping a bag of crushed ice in a towel and placing them on your breasts.

I am 12 too, and I have been experiencing the same thing for about a year now, because my boobs developed early. I think women's boobs are just always tender to the touch, no matter how old you are, or if your on your rag. Like I said, I developed a little early in the chest area, but didn't get my period until this summer, so obviously it has nothing to do with that. Its just something that every girl has to deal with.

Your boobs will probably be sore every time you have a period or about to get your period. Most girls do experience tenderness in their breasts.. Plus you're probably growing too.

yo same age :) our boobs are TENDER! yerr! its pretty normal cuz mine hurt sometimes. i think its part of puberty.

Im pretty shure that just means your growing. lol
