paypal account question?
paypal is saying my account is high risk because there is another linked paypal account that where closed due to bad business but i have never heard of the other paypal account or know who it is. how did they tie this in and what can i do so my account isnt closed? is there anyway that changing my ip would differentiate the accounts?

Once upon a time I had a problem with paypal and I simply called them. They were able to delete a 2nd account that I didn't know I had. Worth a shot.
