A great new service called Thwapr (www.thwapr.com). Totally FREE, and you can send it to any phone on any service. You don't have to download t a thing either.

I think that it depends on what kind of cell phone that you have. for me, i send it as an attachment on an email file and send it to my phone.

I think you can send it through email to text message. Idk what service you have so heres the list of examples
