a Blue Aura around the moon?

it was New Years eve and i was observing the moon. i didn't have my glasses on (im near sighted) but i kept seeing the electric blue around the edges of the moon. My friend who was right by me had glasses on (she was far sighted) and she said she didn't see the blue aura.

did i really see it or was it because i didn't have my glasses on?

It was because you didn't have your glasses on. The Moon is very far away, and will be out-of-focus if you are nearsighted.

I was once conscious while i replaced right into a new child swimming at evening the moon looked as though it could have an air of secret around it, that replaced into because of the fact of having water in my eyes nevertheless. i've got heard an previous sensible tale approximately seeing an air of secret around the moon meant it replaced into going to snow.

I saw it too.It was so freaky. It kinda creeped me out but amazed me at the same time.It was like whoahh.I couldn't take my eyes of of it.I had my glasses on(near sighted too)and I saw it as clear as daylight(pun intended).I think that's what other observers call the blood moon.

It was probably because it was out of focus, if you weren't wearing glasses.
