Please Help With My friends Baby Name!?

Nathan would certainly go better with Axel than Stone, so at least that's one improvement, and it's nice that it's after the baby's father.

Perhaps you could persuade her to use Alex instead (short for Alexander)? She could call him Axel as a sort of nickname. I dunno, the word Axel (I refuse to call it a name) reminds me of wheels.

Axel is part of a car not a baby name. I know you said it's set but maybe you can find something that Axel can be a nn for? Really push for Nathan though, at least the child can go by his middle name when he gets older.

First off, people who say Axel is not a name knows nothing.

Axel is a medieval Danish form of Absolom. And is used in Germany and Scandinavia.

So, I have no problem with Axel. And really Stone compliments it REALLY well. My problem with the name is that the initials would spell ***. :/

That name makes me think of really strong sturdy shoes for working on cars? But honestly shes gonna do what she wants to do. All you can do is suggest something to her. I personlay feel as though a babys name should mean something....stand for something. Or have a personal meaing to you and your spouse behind it. If the babys dads name is nathan then name him Nathanial??......Axel to me is just stupid. And stone i automaticaly think of a rock. And what is the Soles for? his last name? one middle name is fine.
