I want to buy Photoshop...?

What is the cheapest version? AND DONT SAY TO GET GIMP I DONT WANT THAT!

    Photoshop Elements is cheaper than CS4.Elements 8 is the latest version.

    Photshop Express is the free online website where you can manipulate photos, but it's not working yet.

    Why not just go to the Adobe website and look at them for yourself?
