My acer laptop is not working. I can log on and everything, but when I get to the desktop and click on an icon, everything but the mouse freezes. I dont know how to fix it. System Restore doesnt have any dates to restore back to. I cant access the internet, or do anything besides get to the desktop. Please could you tell me any ways to fix this? P.S. I have Vista.

I did the System Start-up repair four times, that didnt work. I did the disk check twice, it didnt work. I took out the battery for 10min, that didnt work. Is there anything else I can do to fix this problem?

Well, I wear my hair in a ponytail everyday, and at the front of my head, my hair starts to stick up or looks messy, I put alot of mousse but that doesnt help because it wears off when i sweat. Is there anyway to stop these hairs from sticking up?

I was home just me and my brother and my dad told us we had to take a shower before he got home. So then when he left I went off and minded my business and I forgot he had told me to take a shower. He called then got mad at me and told me I couldnt stay at home alone anymore that I have to go where ever he goes. I WAS SO MAD. That is soo stupid to do that. I really want contacts, but my mom is like trying to get me to play volleyball, but I am not like her, I dont want to do ANY sports. But she is like, well if you are not going to do sports I dont see why you want contacts. And I WAS MAAAADDD. How can I make her understand I dont want to be like her and play volleyball? I HATE wearing glasses. I wear glasses as little as I can. My parents havent said yes or no, but they are leaning towards no, to get contacts.
