My Acer Laptop is stuck on the Microsoft Corporation loading screen?
I did the System Start-up repair four times, that didnt work. I did the disk check twice, it didnt work. I took out the battery for 10min, that didnt work. Is there anything else I can do to fix this problem?
I have Vista.

It sounds like there is a problem with your operating system in your hard drive and your computer isn't seeing it to book off of.
I would try to boot it in Safe Mode:
To get into the Windows Vista and Windows 7 Safe Mode, as the computer is booting press and hold your "F8 Key" which should bring up the "Windows Advanced Options Menu" as shown below. Use your arrow keys to move to "Safe Mode" and press your Enter key.
