How do I deal with my parents doing this?
I was home just me and my brother and my dad told us we had to take a shower before he got home. So then when he left I went off and minded my business and I forgot he had told me to take a shower. He called then got mad at me and told me I couldnt stay at home alone anymore that I have to go where ever he goes. I WAS SO MAD. That is soo stupid to do that. I forget to do one little thing and this happens. Why is he treating me like a baby? I forget things easily sometimes. How do I deal with this? I am so mad right now.

You didn't mention your age. Are you old enough to be on your own and he just want you out of the house? Its also my guess that this may the the last of many of your transgressions that have brought your situation to this.
Perhaps you are being treated like a baby because over time you have proven that you were not trustworthy? Are we only getting your side of the story?
