Ouran High School Host Club Season 2?

I heard on FaceBook that a second season of Ouran HSHC was confirmed? Is this true?

    i dnt think there's going to be a second season but I know there's going to be a live action TV series starting in japan sometime this year

    It was decided awhile ago that second season would not be considered until the manga finished, which wasn't that long ago.

    Last I heard it wasn't confirmed or denied, but there will be a live action.

    Perhaps it was a mix up?
