These things happen unfortunately. Anaphylactic shock is a rare severe allergic reaction. If she had an allergy to eggs that is a possibility, or she could have been allergic to something in the vaccine. Or her death could be entirely unrelated to the vaccine. Autopsy results will show why she died. I'm sure that some people did die after getting the shot. People die every day. Just because someone dies of a heart attack the day after getting vaccinated certainly does not mean it was the vaccine. It means they would have died of a heart attack anyways.
10 million people received the H1N1 vaccine in Canada. There were 48 severe allergic reactions. All the people recovered except one 88 year old man. It is still unknown if the vaccine had anything to do with his death.
