yes we pay attention but mostly only to how big they are, cleanliness, etc. im not sure what the nails part means, but to me it just seems like guys should keep their nails trimmed.

I don't care about manly hands or not but I do care about nails being clean and kept short. The last thing I want is to be scratched when things get hot and heavy.
