In oblivion, if i leave tonnes of stuff in a crate will it dissapear. if so after how long?
ya i have killed got so much valuable armour and stuff that i want to sell but i cant carry it all. it like 10k worth. i was wonderin if it was possible to safely leave it in a crate or something until my strength is high enough to carry it or i can sell it all

most crates respawn after 3 days, so it is best to use the ones in your house as they don't.

I think it might dissapear right after you leave but maybe try leaving it on the ground because i did this once with more worthless stuff in the streets of Layawin and it stayed there for ever but if you do, do this save the game.

If you leave it in your private crate (such as in your house) it will not. However, some crates are accessible by NPC's and they will take your stuff (that's how the AI works).
