Georgia follows federal law. There is no federal law that states that an employer has to give his employees any breaks during the workday, not even an unpaid lunch break.

By the Federal Labor Law, you are required to get, and take, a 1/2 hour break after a maximum of 5 hours. Those are the only breaks covered by law.
