Hi, do you mean where it says about road legal in the faq bit? I think it's just a question referring to the bikes that they sell which ARE road legal, but I don't think it applies to this bike, as they aren't road legal.

No its not..
Bit of trick advertising by placing those FAQ under every bike they have advertised to give the impression all there bikes are road legal
If you re-read the question it asks "Are your road legal Scooters, Quads & Motorcycles completely assembled and ready for use? "
Its asking if there ROAD LEGAL bikes are ready for use straight away...
Which is correct provided YOU BUY one of there "road legal bikes" from there "road legal bike section"
They sell road legal bikes but it does not mean all the ones shown on there site are.

Actually unless the law has been recently change you don't have to have lights in the UK, obviously it can't be ridden during darkness hour but what does make it illegal is no horn, no rear mudguard and no rear red reflector.
Will the DVLA accept it and register it is a completely different question.

It doesn't say it's road legal.
The FAQ section you're looking at asks "Are your road legal bikes ready for use?". It makes no reference to that particular machine.

These are their road legal bikes, the site does not claim that the bike you link to is road legal, but gives that impression to the unwary, they are flirting with contravention of advertising guidelines.
Buy a secondhand Yamaha DT125R instead, you are likely to get a longer life from one if you buy carefully.

The Georgia DMV internet site ought to have each and every of the help you desire approximately no count number if a bike like it truly is "highway criminal" or desires a registration and the thank you to qualify for that, if necessary.

In the UK you do not need lights to be road legal.

Nowhere in the ad does it say that this particular model is road legal, only that they will fully assemble and register those that are.

no, but i have seen licensed pit bikes on the road before but the money and hassle you have to go through with the dvla etc just isn't worth it.
