POLL: HOME ENERGY AUDIT?

QUESTION: Would you pay $150 to have a person conduct a Home Energy Audit at your home? Expected savings, I am told, are 25% (average) of current utilities bill.

No..This can be done for nothing from many places of business. I personally would not pay anything because I have a brand new house and would not save 25% on my utility bills.

Are you prepared to spend thousands of additional dollars to upgrade your water heater, replace your air conditioning units, or add insulation? If not, I wouldn't bother. If so, this small front-end investment may help you to prioritize your process.
