Metaphysical Realms/Planes of existence/etc.?

I don't know much about what you talk about... but to my knowledge, the metaphysical plane holds our auras. Physical plane and metaphysical... one has our bodies, the other our auras. Our auras can be touched by others, and affected through the physical plane as well if the affecting action is strong enough, as in werewolves. (You can be 'bitten' metaphysically to become a therian)

"Okay, so, just a little over three hundred years ago, we thought that giant squids were mystical sea monsters that were magical, etc. Now we know better. If you tried to explain AIDs or cancer to someone a hundred years ago, they would think you were nuts. We find hundreds of new species of all sorts of animals, big and small, each year in the amazon alone. And ya' know what? You say prove it, I say disprove it. Also, would you want to share to the world that you're a monster? Society, humanity, is always going to be afraid of the dark. And they outnumber us, plus with all the militaristic weapons and such... even if we rallied our numbers, fought back, theres no hope. And would I want to fight against my friends and family? Either way you look at it, it's a lose - lose situation. We all fail if we're discovered... so we're smart enough to stay quiet. And is anyone important enough to make a difference going to tell humans? Naw. Even if some... well, ignorant dumb person is turned, and wants to tell everyone... they probably won't. I mean, it hasn't happened yet. And we turn into wolves, regular wolves, not the half wolf half human versions you see on the big screen. Harder to detect. So why does no one really know for sure? Because it's the night. We are the things that go bump in the night. The impossibilites. And yet, I'm right here, typing away. I'm an impossible creature. Again, I'm still here. Impossible my behind...! Anyway... all I mean is that humanity will always be afraid of the dark. Either you turn away and shed a blind eye to it, or, you enter that 'do not enter' door. For once, you go with that 'impossible' idea. Be skeptic... but don't be close minded. It's good to be skeptic. Don't automatically believe what we're telling you. That's ignorance. Be open minded, but wary. Step into the dark..."

Be careful, there is also a lot of it based on fantasy role-playing, which I enjoy thoroughly, but frankly they have no idea what they are talking about, and wisely often don't pretend to.

You are mixing and matching a lot of very different cultural groups here.

If you want to remain in 'western magical tradition', rather than pan-indo-european actual ancient pagans, then

Trolls = earth elementals

Brownies probably earth elementals, too

Succubus a type of demon

Pixie - maybe water elementals

elves - air elementals

Leprechauns - hard to say. Maybe earth elementals, maybe water or air

Ghosts - astral shells

Banshee - water elementals

Nymphs - water elementals, like undines

Dragons - fire elementals, like the D'jinn

Angels - Angels. What variety? See goetia and kabala for divisions

Demons - demons. Again, see goetia and kabala for divisions

If you want to go Indo-european, then you have triad divisions, such as land/sea/sky, earth spirits/ancestors/Gods, etc.

Do you mix pantheons at your rituals, too?
