I was trying to find any colleges or universities that offer ONLINE radiology programs (certificates, associates or Bachelor) in Radiology programs such as MRI or X-ray any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I can't see how that would happen as you have to take the xrays & the MRIs as part of your training and that is impossible online. You might be able to take an intro or a pre-req class online but the actual training is totally hands on.
